Listed below is the Schedule of Events for RV2011. More information will be provided as details become known. To help us provide appropriate venues, please fill out and submit our Registration Form.

Thursday, 9 Jun 11 – Registration and VPI Fellowship Night - Reunion registration will commence at VPI (Bldg 88) at Noon and continue until 1800. VPI Fellowship Night will follow Registration at 1800 until midnight at the Annapolis Mess.

Registration costs are as follows:

Platinum Level: $90 per person. Includes Registration, Meet & Greet, Main Event, Banquet Dinner and the Farewell Breakfast. Deadline for Registration for Platinum Level is May 9, 2011.

Basic Level : $35 per person. Includes everything mentioned above except the Banquet Dinner.

Payment by cash or cheque payable to "RV2011".

Friday, 10 Jun 11 – Reunion registration continues at VPI from 0900 to 1700.

Golf Tournament - Greenwood Golf Club. Room for 144 golfers in 1 Shotgun Starts - 0800 and 1300. Green fees are $23.00.

415 Sqn Association Meeting - 1530 at the Annapolis Mess.

Meet & Greet - Annapolis Mess 1800-2359. Dress - Smart Casual. A great opportunity to catch up with old friends and to make new ones.

Saturday, 11 Jun 11 – Registration continues 1000-1600.

Main Event held at the CANEX / Museum parking lot beginning at 1000 until 1600. Each participating Squadron will have an historical display in addition to displays by a limited number of industry partners. Live entertainment, food and refreshments available all day. There will be static aircraft on display at the AMU and tours of the Full Flight Simulator will be available from 1000 - 1600 hrs. Shuttles will operate regularly from the Main Event area, the AMU and the Hornell Centre.

VPI Meeting - Saturday afternoon, open to all VPI members, location and timings TBD

Banquet Dinner and Dance -to be held in 14 Hangar commencing at 1900 and running until midnight. BGen. Perry Matte is the Guest of Honour. Dress is jacket and tie with female equivalent. Music by the Stadacona Band. Transportation from the Annapolis Mess to 14 Hangar will commence at approximately 1730 (subject to change), return transportation to the Annapolis Mess will be provided, schedule to be determined.

Sunday, 12 Jun 11 – Farewell Breakfast at the Annapolis Mess, 0800-1000.

VPI Memorial Service - Adjacent to the Main Gate at 1100hrs.
